About Us:
The Jericho Police Department is one of law enforcement agencies that provide emergency response and service to the citizens of San Paro. The JPD was formerly part of the agency, San Paro Metropolitan Police Department and the San Paro Highway Patrol, which was staffed by over 30 sworn officers and officers. As of May 2018, the Mayor of San Paro and the Governor have reached to an agreement to reconstruct the agencies to provide a better local and state response.
The JPD is a fully funded agency covered by the city council. JPD resources are expanded from general duty vehicles to special response vehicles. Uniforms are created to provide visibility for the public and officer’s safety. The department is directed by the Police Chief, who oversees the department’s structure, policy, response & accountability and finance. Each part of department are divided into divisions and lead by a division director or commanding officer.
The expectation of the department’s rank and file are unified. Every officer of JPD are expected to follow the guideline established the by Chief and approved by the City and State.
The following list are approved expectation of the department.

-Honesty: All officers are expected to show honesty within each other and to the community of San Paro
-Professionalism: To provide the best service, all officers are expected to be as professional as possible.
-Accountability: The expectation of accountability does not lie strictly on commanding officers. Each officer regardless of rank are held accountable for their actions.
-Community: JPD was established to provide service and security to the community of San Paro. To provide the best of service and effectiveness, these are the standards all officers should follow.
